Data privacy request

Submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data Civic Worth holds about you. We fulfill DSARs within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12.

What we'll do

  1. You submit the form below.
  2. We email you a verification link. The 30-day clock starts when you click that link (this prevents adversaries from filing DSARs against your data on your behalf).
  3. We review your request, run the export query against the five tables that hold personal data (profile, purchases, watchlist, notifications, email log), and email you the response.

California residents: you may also use this form to opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information. Civic Worth does not currently sell personal data.
